The Snowdonia Watersports Centre is supremely located on the shores of Llyn Padarn

Supported Swimming sessions go all throughout the winter, it’s only £10 per swimmer and £5 for wetsuit hire. This means you can swim all throughout winter as part of a group, all while being under the supervision of a professional lifeguard who is able to care for swimmers. The supervising paddler is there to direct, as well as assist any swimmers as needed. they however are not swim coaches, so the session is not suitable for those who do not know how to swim. Use of the changing room, complete with hot showers is included in the price.
Cafe
The Lone Tree Cafe sits atop the centre and serves fantastic, homecooked meals that are perfect following a strenuous session on the water. The cafe now even has a roof terrace where you can admire the glistening azure waters of Llyn Padarn, those paddling on it, and the mountains and forests beyond. Enjoy fresh coffee and food in the sunshine.
