There are plenty of wonderful events in and near the town of Ellesmere Port to keep you entertained this winter.
It is not long now until December and Christmas time so everyone is itching for some festive atmosphere to get them in the magical mood in the lead up until Christmas.
Naturally there are many delightful Christmas events on to keep everyone warm and jolly over the next two months.
A fantastic Christmas Concert is coming to Ellesmere Port on the 6th of December. Ellesmere Port is home to the National Waterways Museum. The museum has many historical buildings with indoor displays, great views across the Mersey and it offers boat rides. In addition to all of this it also offers a wide range of wonderful events throughout the year.
The Christmas Concert will take place in the gorgeous waterside museum cafe from 7:30pm until 9pm on the 6th of December.
It will present a harmonious mix of Christmas music and Christmas carols, which will be performed by the Wirral Singers and Ringers.
Tickets will become available for this event very soon so do not miss out on a wonderful night of Christmas music in a splendid historical landmark. Tickets will only be £7!
Those who come to enjoy the concert may also join in with the carol singing. Refreshments such as teas, coffees and traditional mince pies will be served and are included in the ticket price.
There will also be an excellent raffle for those attending to take part in and this raffle is kindly supported by generous contributors Marks & Spencers, Morrisons, Liverpool Playhouse, Blue Planet, Liverpool organic Brewery, Ellesmere Port Vue, Anderton Boat Lift, the Boat Museum society and the National Waterways museum itself. Come on down for a night of charming Christmas music this December.
