What Does It Measure?

Every run either passes or fails. If it fails, the equipment provides diagnostic data so the engineer can pinpoint and resolve the specific issue.
Why Does It Matter?

If your cabling has not been tested and certified, a warranty claim related to the installation could be refused. Getting certification at the time of installation costs nothing extra.
