Do you need an adrenaline rush? On the 4th to the 7th of October, the Wales Rally GB is coming to North Wales. The event begins with a crowd-friendly curtain-raising event at Tir Prince on Thursday evening to properly welcome the rally. This is followed by the beginning of the rally on the Friday with the North Wales stages. The ‘Super Saturday’ bill in mid-wales includes the classic forest tests around Aberystwyth to test the drivers. Sunday follows with a move back to the north with a new street stage around Llandudno and the Great Orme, followed by a presentation to end the weekend.
Due to this being a weekend event Accommodation must be considered. North Wales Tourism is the official accommodation provider for this event and has a wide range of accommodations for you to chose between.
If you decide to drive to come and witness the rally there are plenty of options for parking. All purchased tickets offer free car parking at sages with the exception of Tir Prince-where an additional £5 fee is required on arrival- and the Great Orme and Llandudno. Availability is on a first come, first served basis and is not guaranteed. Some car parks open the day before the stage and will remain open overnight. There will be a charge of £10 per vehicle for overnight parking.
There is the option to upgrade your tickets for a particular day which offers fans an attractive upgrade opportunity by providing food, dedicated viewing areas, premium toilet facilities, free tea and coffee, pay bar, commentary, and results.
This unique experience cannot be missed!
