Centred in the Victorian North Wales Seaside Resort town of Colwyn Bay, The North Wales Burlesque and Cabaret Festival takes place over the evenings of 2 days of the Weekend, 18.00 – 23.00. Diversity: Colours of Wales
This Exhibition of recent Textile Works by Members of the Chimera Textile Group have put together a breath-taking display of ‘The Colours of Wales’.
You have three opportunities to take a gweld at this visual treat for the senses.
The Exhibition is open from January 2-6th, 8th-13th, 15th-20th.
Diwrnod Santes Dwynwen
Join poet, Author and Storyteller Angharad Wynne for an evening of folk and song by Candlelight in Celebration of Diwrnod Santes Dwynwen, the Welsh Day of Love. A warm welcome to all on a cold winter’s evening.
Refreshments are available for a small donation to the Snowdonia Society.
The Storytelling will be taking place at the legendary Ugly House (Ty Hyll) in Capel Curig, Conwy LL24 0DS.
Launch off the new year in full Super Trooper style with the classic feel good musical Mama Mia, inspired by Swedish pop legends ABBA. This tale of love and laughter is set on a Greek Island, as 20 Year old wife-to-be is about to marry the man of her dreams and wants her dad to be there and walk her down the isle on her special day – there’s just one problem her mother thinks it could be one of three men, but is unsure which. The clear answer is to invite all three.
The live musical is going to delight all fans of Abba, entertainment and fantastic song writing.
